The standard procedure of confirming a person's identity for pension payments is a crucial step in ensuring security and the stability of social benefit funding. Nowadays, this process is increasingly being digitized, which significantly simplifies the lives of pensioners and reduces waiting times. Recently, the Pension Fund of Ukraine introduced a new online service within its personal account — 'My Identification' — which allows pensioners to quickly and conveniently check their identification status. Through this service, each retiree can easily verify the date of their last identification and the source through which it was conducted, such as a bank or other official service. To access this service, you need to follow a few simple steps. First, visit the official website of the Pension Fund of Ukraine and log into your personal account using a qualified electronic signature (QES), Diia.Sign, or ID.GOV.UA. After authorization, in the menu on the left, select the section 'My Identification.' If the pensioner has already completed this procedure, relevant information such as the date of last identification and the source will be displayed. For those who haven't yet registered or if the service does not appear in their account, simply refresh the page by pressing F5. In cases where the fields 'Date' and 'Source' remain empty, it indicates that the pensioner has either not undergone identification or the procedure was not performed. Such situations require further action based on specific circumstances. We remind that passing identification via Diia.Sign or other services is quick and easy, enabling recipients to guarantee the receipt of their pension payments anytime by confirming their identity digitally. Continuous updates and easy access to this information promote transparency and efficiency in pension provision — aspects especially relevant amid the ongoing digital transformation of government services.
