Taiwan Prepares for Extensive Military Drills Simulating Invasion Amid Rising Tensions with China
The island of Taiwan is on the brink of launching some of the most significant and large-scale military exercises in recent years, designed to practice scenarios of potential invasion and blockade by China. Known as the "Han Kuan" drills, these exercises are scheduled from July 9 to July 19 and will involve over 22,000 reservists and military specialists, underscoring their importance and scope.
