On June 30, the Kharkiv region experienced renewed air Raid sirens and drone strikes that caused extensive fires across several districts. According to Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, the nocturnal drone attack was yet another stark reminder of the ongoing aggression directed at peaceful civilians and vital infrastructure. The strikes resulted in significant damage in multiple settlements: in Pisochin, a service station building was hit, igniting a fire; in Kurotne, a civilian structure was damaged, which quickly caught fire; and in Dergachi, a building was struck and subsequently caught fire as well. As of now, no casualties have been reported. Earlier, on the morning of June 29, reports emerged of a tragic incident involving a drone attack on a highway near the village of Prikhotne in Kupyansk district, where a 60-year-old man was killed instantly, and another man, aged 59, sustained serious shrapnel wounds. The situation remains tense, and local authorities urge caution and vigilance amid air raid alerts.
