In a development that raises eyebrows worldwide, China has demonstrated a novel weapon designed to disrupt enemy energy infrastructure. State television CCTV released footage showcasing a new type of graphite bomb capable of causing widespread power outages by targeting large-scale electrical systems. According to reports, the weapon is launched from ground vehicles and, upon impact with the ground, expels 90 cylindrical sub-munitions.
