Explosions have been heard in Khmelnytskyi region for the third day in a row, confirming the high level of tension and activity of Russian forces on the southwestern borders of Ukraine. According to local sources and official structures, the situation has remained tense since the morning, as the region was again under an air alert, which was announced at 7:11. According to the Public and Air Forces of Ukraine in Telegram channels, the first explosions were heard at night, at approximately 1:10. This was the third report of enemy strikes in a day. The next explosions were recorded at around 2:30 a.m., and the most massive one ended in the morning at 7:27. At this time, an alarm was again announced in the region, indicating an active air regime in the region. According to the Air Force, several drones and high-speed targets, probably missiles, were dropped on this part of the region during the night with the aim of hitting strategic targets or defense facilities. The reports emphasize that one of the enemy targets was concentrated near the city of Starokostyantyniv, located north of Khmelnytskyi. Official agencies and military experts note that such a number of repeated strikes demonstrate the activity of Russian drones and missiles in the region, with the aim of weakening Ukrainian air defense and inflicting a psychological blow on local residents. In general, the situation continues to remain tense, and the military calls on the population to be careful and observe safety rules. The Khmelnytskyi region, as before, is under the enemy’s sights, which is confirmed by frequent reports of drone attacks and air alarms. The authorities and defense structures are working to strengthen air defense, but given the enemy’s activity, the situation will remain unstable in the coming days.
