Almost 190 combat confrontations on the front: Ukrainian defenders repelled more than 50 Russian attacks

Over the past day, about 187 combat clashes were recorded in many areas of the front line, with the most tense still being in the Pokrovsky direction, where our soldiers carried out desperate defensive actions and repelled 56 attacks by the Russian occupiers. The information is provided from the official report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which records the dynamics on the front line daily. Particular attention is paid to the Severno-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, where Ukrainian fighters successfully repelled 28 enemy breakthrough attempts over the past day. The enemy intensified its fire with aviation equipment: six air strikes were carried out using nine guided bombs, and 273 attacks were carried out on the positions of the Ukrainian defenders, four of which were from multiple launch rocket systems. This indicates the enemy’s concentration in these areas, where the main efforts of the Russian troops are focused in an attempt to gain an advantage. In the South-Slobozhansk direction, the situation also remained tense: the enemy stormed the defensive positions of the Ukrainian troops three times near the settlements of Hlyboke, Zybyne, Vovchansk, as well as Krasne Pershe, Kamyanka, Kindrashivka and Mala Shapkivka. The responsible defenders showed courage and professionalism to repel the assault actions, which the enemy fired from different directions. In the Kupyansk direction, the Russians launched nine attacks yesterday. Our military bravely held the defense near Golubivka, Kindrashivka, Stepovaya Novoselivka, Zeleny Gay. Enemy reserves are trying to break through our dense lines near these settlements and in the directions of Petropavlivka and Novaya Kruglyakivka, but the Ukrainian defenders do not allow the enemy to move further. In the Lymansky direction, the enemy tried to wedge into our positions 18 times, trying to break through the defenses near Hrekivka, Novy Mir, Ridkodub, as well as in the areas of Olhivka, Seredny, Kolodzy, Zelenaya Dolyna and Torske. The Ukrainian Armed Forces actively prevented the enemy's advance, holding the rear and preventing any breakthroughs. The Russians' attempts to advance in the Siversky direction ended with two unsuccessful attacks in the areas of Viyimka and Fedorivka, which gave the Ukrainian defenders the opportunity to somewhat stabilize the situation. It is obvious that the enemy is currently focusing on holding the positions already occupied, but the efforts of the Ukrainian military are not stopping. In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers launched five attacks in the directions of Markovoye, Bila Hora and Bondarne - all of them were repelled by the Ukrainian defenders. The situation in the Toretsk direction remained tense: the enemy became more active and carried out 23 assault actions near Toretsk, Dachny, Shcherbynivka, Oleksandro-Kalynovy, Diliivka, Romanivka, Yablunivka and Rusyn Yar. For their courage and difficult resistance, they repeatedly suffered losses, but our military is holding the line of defense. Another hotbed of hostilities remained the Pokrovsky direction, where Ukrainian defenders eliminated 56 enemy assault actions in the areas of the settlements of Poltavka, Malynivka, Shevchenko Pershe, Myrne, Myrolyubivka, Promyn, Lysivka, Novomykolaivka, Kotlyarivka, Myrnograd, Novoserhiivka, Udachne, Oleksiivka, Novoukrainka, Kotlyne, Muravka and in the vicinity of Volodymyrivka. This once again testifies to the high level of courage and fighting spirit of the Ukrainian military, who are holding strategically important lines. The fighting in the Novopavlivka direction was particularly intensified: here the enemy carried out about 25 attacks near the settlements of Zirka, Yalta, Zaporizhzhia, Bahatyr, Fedorivka, Komar, Odradne, Myrne, Shevchenko, Zelene Pole and in the Voskresenka directions, trying to break through our defensive positions. Even despite this, the Ukrainian defenders demonstrate high mobility and endurance, holding the defense and not allowing the enemy to advance further. As for the other directions - Prydniprovske, Hulyaipil', and Orikhivske - the situation has stabilized: the enemy did not resort to large-scale offensive actions, and the Ukrainian military repelled any attempts at a breakthrough. In Volyn and the Polesie region, no signs of the formation of Russian offensive groups have been recorded, which indicates the depreciation of their plans for large-scale offensives in this sector of the front. In general, Ukrainian defenders continue to actively attack the enemy's rear and inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the Moscow occupiers, while simultaneously undermining their offensive potential. Thanks to high mobility, fighting spirit, and coordinated actions of the Ukrainian military, we managed to reduce the enemy's activity and stop its advance on key sections of the front, strengthening our positions in this difficult and tense war.
