Shocking terrorist attack in Kharkiv: girl disguised explosives in scooter and blew up soldiers on instructions from Russian special services
Another unfortunate episode in the war with information and terrorist security of Ukraine took place in Kharkiv: a 19-year-old resident of the city was detained on suspicion of committing an insidious terrorist attack, the victim of which was one of the Ukrainian soldiers, another was seriously injured. According to investigators and official sources, the detained girl acted under the direct leadership of the Russian special services and carried out their criminal orders. According to the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police, the young woman is accused of participating in the terrorist act, which was intended to destroy the soldiers, and this was done with the help of a disguised explosive hidden in a scooter. According to the investigation, the girl was recruited through a Telegram channel offering work, and during the conversation received clear instructions on how to independently make an explosive device at home. Criminals from the Russian special services gave instructions that included the purchase of household chemicals, a battery, wires and two mobile phones for remote control of the explosion. After that, the young woman brought a homemade explosive device to the parking lot of a scooter, hid it in the trunk of the vehicle and waited for the command to activate it. Russian operators remotely activated the device, using a video shot with a hidden camera to track the arrival of the military. On June 20, a deadly explosion went off near a cafe in Kharkiv: a military man was killed, another was seriously injured. The blast wave and destruction affected a small area and caused waves of indignation among local residents who are trying to understand the motives and motives of this so-called “action”. Immediately after the crime, the delayed investigative measures and active searches led to the detention of the suspect, who was trying to evade responsibility. During a search of the perpetrator's residence and storage, explosive components were found - parts of the device, as well as mobile phones with evidence of cooperation with the enemy. Despite attempts to hide the traces, investigators quickly gathered enough evidence to declare her a suspect under Article 258 Part 3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - in committing a terrorist act that led to the death of a person. The detainee is currently in custody, she has already been notified of the suspicion, and if proven guilty, she faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property - the most severe measure provided for by Ukrainian legislation for especially serious crimes. This event once again emphasizes the complexity and scale of the threat posed by hostile intelligence services, which seek to destabilize the situation in the region and use new terror tactics. Ukraine is actively fighting such crimes, strengthening security and calling on citizens to be vigilant and promptly report suspicious situations to law enforcement agencies. At the same time, this once again demonstrates that each such case is not only a local tragedy, but also a challenge to the entire state, which must resist information and territorial aggression, terrorist acts and destructive encroachments from outside.
