More than 118 clashes recorded on the front since the beginning of the day, the situation remains tense
According to operational data of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 22:00 on June 25, at least 118 clashes took place in the occupied territories and along the front line. This means that over the past few hours, Ukrainian defenders and Russian occupiers have not stopped active fighting, which confirms the high level of tension in all key directions. In particular, the number of battles in the Pokrovsky direction amounted to 40 of the total, which indicates the particular intensity of the Russian offensive there. The number of enemy aircraft used is increasing: the Russians carried out 54 air strikes, dropping more than 80 guided bombs. However, the main pressure is being exerted by kamikaze drones - Ukrainian units once again stopped 1,129 such devices in a day, trying to shoot down waves of "martyrs" aimed at the Ukrainian defense. In addition, the terrorist enemy carried out more than 4,100 attacks on the positions of Ukrainian military and public facilities in populated areas, which indicates a whole complex of active tactical actions and attempts to break through. In the northern and southeastern directions, fighting is taking place with high intensity. Thus, in the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, Ukrainian forces repelled 11 enemy attacks - three of which are still ongoing. In turn, the Russian occupiers in the South-Slobozhansk direction made seven attempts to break through in the area of Vovchansk and Liptsy, but the Ukrainian defenders are holding their defenses. Three assaults were carried out in the Kupyansk direction - the enemy tried to gain control over positions near Golubivka, Stepova, Novoselivka and Novaya Kruglyakivka, but were unsuccessful. In the Lymansk direction, since the beginning of the day, Russian troops have carried out 17 attacks near the settlements of Hrekivka, Kopanky, Nadiya, Ridkodub, Kolodyazi, Zelena Dolyna and Torske - all of them were repelled. At this time, the Ukrainian military is holding the defense and repelling the enemy's offensive actions in the areas of Verkhnokamyansk and Hryhorivka in the Siversk direction. The Kramatorsk direction also still remains an arena of hostilities with seven recorded clashes - the enemy tried to advance in the areas of Stupochok and Bila Hora, but Ukrainian units again stopped its advance. On the Toretsk direction, the Russians launched 13 attacks, trying to break through the Ukrainian defenses in the areas of Toretsk, Nelipivka and around Oleksandro-Kalynovy and Yablunivka. The enemy forces are concentrating their efforts in these areas, trying to break through the Ukrainian defenses and advance further. The enemy has made a particularly persistent attempt to break through the Ukrainian positions on the Pokrovsky direction, launching 40 attacks in the areas of Poltavka, Myrne, Koptevye, Myrolyubivka, Lysivka, Zvirovoye, Udachny, Novosergiyevka, Novomykolaivka, Horikhovoye and Oleksiyevka. The Ukrainian defenders in this part of the front have recorded successes in containing the enemy and preventing breakthroughs. Another direction, Novopavlivskyi, has not been left out: there, Ukrainian forces have stopped 11 enemy attacks near Zaporizhzhia, Vilny Pole, Perestroika and Shevchenko. At the same time, in the Hulyaipil direction, the enemy made one attempt to attack near Malynivka, but the Ukrainian defenders successfully corrected their movement. In the Orikhiv direction, the Russians tried to advance towards Novoandreyevka, but their efforts were in vain. In the Prydniprovs'k direction, the enemy tried to launch two offensive actions - both were unsuccessful, and the Russians suffered losses and were forced to retreat. In general, the situation at the front remains difficult, but the Ukrainian soldiers demonstrate high resilience, hold the defense and repel all attempts by the enemy to break through. The support of the international community and the combat capability of the Ukrainian forces are key factors ensuring our defense. At the same time, the situation requires further close attention and appropriate measures to strengthen defense capabilities. Ukraine continues to defend its land in the most difficult conditions, showing the world an example of courage and indomitability.
