Kyiv region repels attack: air defense neutralizes enemy drones
On the night of June 23-24, the capital Kyiv and its region again became the target of enemy drones that swooped on Ukrainian territory. According to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, the enemy has intensified its activities in this region, using combat unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and currently the Ukrainian air defense forces are taking all possible measures to neutralize them. According to official data, during the night incident, the movement of three enemy drones was recorded in the region. That is why an air alert was raised in the Kyiv region. An official source, in particular the Kyiv OVA, reported: "The movement of enemy UAVs was recorded! Air defense forces are operating in the region." This indicates an active struggle of the military with the enemies and their attempts to harm Ukrainian territory. Russian drones have long been a tool of large-scale aggression against Ukraine, especially during this difficult period, when the enemy is trying to increase pressure on Ukrainian cities and villages.
