Trump reported this via his page on the social network Truth Social, in particular, emphasizing that Iran launched only 14 missiles, of which 13 were shot down by air defense systems, and another was deliberately "missed" - in an area that was considered "safe". This decision, according to the president, was made in order to avoid human losses. Sources from the government structures confirmed that no US and Qatari citizens were injured during this attack. Trump assured that the scale of the damage was minimal and the amount of damage caused was insignificant, which once again confirms his previous assessment of the weakness of the Iranian response. He also emphasized that it was the advance warning of the upcoming attack that Iran made that allowed the American military to avoid human losses and significant destruction. In his address, Trump expressed hope that the Iranian authorities would now be able to move towards stable peace and harmony in the region. He called on the Israelis, as well as other countries in the region, to do the same in order to achieve lasting peace and prevent further conflicts. These words were uttered in the context of a tense situation the day before, when on June 23, Iranian forces launched at least 10 missiles at American military bases in Qatar, which was confirmed by official reports. American air defense systems responded promptly, intercepting most of the missiles. However, Trump emphasizes that this attack, although moderately aimed at demonstrating Iranian power, was completely controlled in terms of its consequences and did not cause serious destruction or human losses. Trump also expressed gratitude to the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, for his role in efforts to achieve peace in the Middle East.
