During the past day, fighting in eastern Ukraine remained tense and continued along several key directions

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a total of 142 combat encounters with Russian occupation forces were recorded in the operational area. The most intense fighting continues in the Pokrovsk direction, where Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled 44 enemy attacks and managed to reduce enemy activity in this zone. Data from the past day indicate the scale of enemy assaults: the opponent launched four missile strikes and 63 aerial attacks, including 10 missile launches and dropped 76 guided aerial bombs. Additionally, the occupation army conducted over six thousand shellings of Ukrainian positions — specifically 6,132. Of these, 118 were carried out using rocket salvo systems, and the enemy used 3,416 kamikaze drones to strike targets, causing significant concern regarding their intensity and the complexity of countering them. Overall, active fighting continues not only on the Pokrovsk direction but also in other key sectors of the front. Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled 20 enemy attacks in the North Slobozhanske and Kursk directions. The occupiers carried out ten air strikes, employed 17 guided aerial bombs, and conducted 257 shellings, nine of which involved rocket salvo systems. Particularly tense situations are emerging in the south and east of the country. The enemy frontline on the South Slobozhanske direction recorded seven attempts to break through defenses in the areas of Vovchansk, Stroyivka, and Figolivka. The enemy is trying to breach the Ukrainian line in these areas, but Ukrainian units hold their positions and repel assaults. On the Kupiansk direction, the Russians made three attacks, while defenders successfully repelled offensive actions in the areas of Stepova Novoselivka, Zelene Hai, and towards Holubivka. On the Lyman direction, the occupiers tried to push into Ukrainian defenses by force in the areas of Novyi Myr, Karpivka, Ridkodub, Tverdokhlibove, and Kolodii, making 17 attempts to advance. Meanwhile, on the Siversk direction, the enemy publicly attempted to break through defenses in the regions of Hryhorivka and Ivano-Dar’iivka, launching four attacks. Ukrainian presidential units successfully repelled these attempts and are holding their positions. The situation remains no less tense on the Kramatorsk direction, where the occupiers made six attempts to storm in the area of Chasiv Yar and near the settlements of Predtechine and Bila Gora. Enemy forces have also stepped up activity on the Toretsk direction — Ukrainian defenders repelled 21 attacks in the areas of Dilyivka, Toretsk, Leonidivka, Rusynyi Yar, and Yablunivka. The situation is particularly difficult on the Pokrovsk direction, where Ukrainian defenders managed to halt 44 enemy assaults and repelled attacks in the areas of Malynivka, Myrolubivka, Myrne, Promin’, Novoserhiiivka, Udachne, Kotliarivka, Muravka, and Oleksiiivka. This indicates high tension on this segment of the front, complicating the situation for the invaders and significantly strengthening Ukrainian defenses. For counteroffensive actions and to hold back the enemy, Ukrainian forces actively employ aviation, missile systems, and artillery. Over the past day, six enemy concentration areas of personnel, weapons, and military equipment, as well as two artillery systems and one air defense asset, were destroyed. This demonstrates the systematic effort of Ukrainian troops to exhaust and eliminate enemy resources and capabilities for further offensive operations.
