According to Vadym Filașkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, as a result of enemy aggressive actions, 13 civilians have been wounded. Data from the regional prosecutor’s office indicate that since the start of the full-scale war, the total number of fatalities in the region has reached 3,270, with 7,326 people injured. However, these statistics do not include those affected in Mariupol and Volnovakha, which suggests that the actual number of victims is significantly higher. The most casualties have been recorded in the city of Sviatohirsk, where five residents were injured due to recent shelling. Emphasizing the cynicism of Russian attacks, they continue to target civilians as the primary goal of their aggression. In addition to Sviatohirsk, eight more people were injured by Russian strikes in the villages of Ocheretine, Hruzke, and Myrhorod: three in Ocheretine, and two each in Hruzke and Myrhorod. In the city of Lyman, one person was injured. Already on June 18, reports emerged of a daring strike by Russian forces on Sviatohirsk. According to local prosecutors, the occupiers used a S-300 missile system to attack one of the residential neighborhoods, resulting in injuries to five civilians. This further confirms the trend of targeted attacks on the peaceful population, which has tragically become a reality in Donetsk. Russian aggression continues unabated, and the number of civilian casualties is increasing every day. Destroyed buildings, frightened children, shattered lives — all of this has become an inseparable part of life for the residents of this region. While the international community calls for a ceasefire, Ukrainian citizens are forced daily to confront the destructive power of the occupation army, leaving traces not only in the land but also in the hearts of the people.
