Ukrainian armed forces achieved another victory in their recent daily summary by defeating over a thousand invading troops
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy forces sustained significant losses in personnel and equipment over the past day, further confirming the effectiveness of Ukrainian defense and mobilization measures in the combat zone. In total, the General Staff reports that the enemy lost at least 1,040 Russian soldiers in the last 24 hours, along with a substantial amount of military equipment, resulting in destruction on the battlefield. Specifically, during shelling and combat operations, seven Russian tanks, thirty-seven artillery systems of various calibers, and thirty-one armored combat vehicles were destroyed, marking a significant blow to the enemy’s combat potential. Since the beginning of the large-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, and up to mid-June 2025, the total enemy casualties are estimated at approximately 1,007,160 killed, indicating the scale and longevity of the Ukrainian-Russian war. Along with human losses, enemy military equipment has also been destroyed: over 10,947 tanks, 22,845 armored combat vehicles, nearly 29,265 artillery systems of different calibers, as well as over 1,420 missile launch systems, nearly 1,200 air defense assets, and a multitude of combat aircraft—416 planes and 337 helicopters. Another significant indicator is the destruction of tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles—41,165 have been neutralized—and enemy cruise missiles have been struck 23 times in the past day, including 23 new loss cases. Additionally, the enemy has lost 28 military ships and boats, one submarine, and over 52,300 units of automotive and specialized transport equipment, demonstrating the intensity and scale of front-line operations. All these figures are subject to refinement and verification; however, even preliminary data attest to the reliable position of Ukrainian defense forces and substantial enemy losses. This confirms once again that Ukrainian soldiers continue to fight with unwavering resolve and high resistance, destroying the enemy under professional command and with technological support. Ukraine patiently and desperately defends its independence, and each new day of struggle brings closer the victory and the return of peace to the country.
