According to the latest reports, as of June 17, three civilians have been injured in another wave of aggression by occupying forces, including a minor teenager. Information provided by Oleg Siniehobov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, indicates that the most difficult situation is in the city of Izyum, where a 69-year-old woman and a 15-year-old boy were injured as a result of a missile strike. The second victim is a 52-year-old man, who was recorded in the village of Ripky, Bogodukhiv community, located near the front line. This further confirms the scale and multifaceted nature of the destruction caused by Russian aggression across the region. Over the course of a day, military and rescue units report that the occupiers used a wide range of weaponry on Kharkiv region. Specifically, they launched 10 uncontrolled aerial missiles, three guided aircraft bombs of the KAB type and one FAB-500, which is a powerful long-range weapon, as well as a number of drones: four "Geran-2" attack drones and two FPV drones, actively used for reconnaissance and strike missions against civilian and military targets. These attacks have resulted in significant destruction and damage to civil infrastructure. In the Bogodukhiv district, the occupiers damaged a municipal service vehicle in the village of Ripky as well as a trade kiosk in the village of Ivashky. In Izyum, two residential buildings were destroyed, and at least eight private properties were damaged, jeopardizing the lives and health of local residents who have long been forced to live in constant fear and uncertainty. These criminal actions by the Russian forces not only destroy homes and infrastructure but also deeply affect the hearts of the people, who have repeatedly experienced loss and disruption of peace. Kharkiv region remains one of the epicenters of Ukraine's struggle to preserve independence and peaceful life, but every new attack serves as a reminder of the need to strengthen defenses and support those who have suffered at the hands of the enemy.
