According to representatives of the Ukrainian command, two Russian Tu-95MS strategic bombers took off from the Olenya aerodrome in the Murmansk region. These aircraft were spotted in the sky over the northern borders of Ukraine, conducting a lengthy flight heading southeast. Military experts state that the activity of these aircraft is not incidental but indicates another tactical maneuver by Russian forces. It is known that the Tu-95MS is a strategic bomber capable of carrying nuclear and conventional weapons, and its deployment in this context may be part of Russia’s military buildup in the northern European region. The Ukrainian Air Forces warn that in the event of receiving information about a potential missile strike or the use of cruise missiles by Russian aircraft, they will promptly inform the public to prevent panic and ensure the maximum safety of the Ukrainian population. The military urge citizens not to ignore air raid signals and to stay extremely vigilant, as the situation remains tense. This is not the first instance of such activity from Russia in the northern regions, emphasizing the importance of continuous mobilization of Ukrainian defense forces and strengthening air surveillance. At the same time, Ukrainian military personnel remain vigilant and prepared for any development scenarios to protect the country's sovereignty and security during this challenging period for the region.
