Enemy drone raid on Kyiv region: woman injured, destruction, and large fires

On the night of Thursday, Kyiv region once again became the target of a massive drone attack, resulting not only in significant destruction but also human suffering. As a consequence of this aggression, one resident of Vyshhorod district was wounded, and fires broke out in settlements across the region, damaging residential and household buildings. According to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, the enemy systematically uses drones and missiles to strike peaceful territories of the region, aiming to sow panic and destruction. During the latest attack in Vyshhorod district, a 53-year-old woman was injured. She received a laceration to her right shoulder and is currently receiving the necessary medical assistance. According to officials from the military administration, the woman’s condition is stable, and there is no threat to her life. During the shelling, several private houses were damaged. Specifically, in this district, windows were shattered in one private residential building. Additionally, debris and drone fragments caused a fire on the roof of one private residential property in Brovary district. The fire was quickly localized before firefighters arrived, but the damage was quite substantial. There were also incidents on household grounds: a fire broke out in a utility building at a company, causing concern and requiring urgent extinguishing. Fortunately, there were no casualties, but damage to technical facilities added another blow to the local infrastructure. Ukrainian military and rescue services are already actively responding to the consequences of the attack. At the same time, officials warn the local population to exercise increased caution and follow safety protocols due to ongoing enemy shelling. This is yet another example of how the aggressor deliberately seeks to sow fear and destruction in the heart of the Ukrainian region, disturbing the peace of peaceful residents. Authorities urge residents to stay vigilant, follow safety recommendations, and be prepared for new challenges during this difficult time.
