Russian occupiers have once again opened fire on the Dnipropetrovsk region, resulting in human casualties and significant destruction

On June 11, powerful shelling occurred again in the Nikopol direction, hitting several settlements in the region. According to official information released by Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, three local residents were injured as a result of the attack. According to the head of the OVA, the enemy used both drones and heavy artillery. The main targets were the communities of Nikopol, Pokrovsk, and Marhanets. As a result of morning strikes and a series of shellings that took place throughout the day, residential buildings, infrastructure, and personal vehicles in the cities and villages were damaged. "As a result of the shelling, three men aged 30, 41, and 59 were injured. All of them are currently hospitalized, receiving necessary medical care, but their health conditions allow for outpatient treatment," Serhii Lysak reported. Fortunately, during the shelling, intentional human casualties were avoided, but the destruction was evident. Preliminary information indicates that enemy fire damaged several multi-story buildings, private houses, and also affected vehicles. Specifically, four private houses, several cars, a moped, utility structures, a garage, and even a greenhouse were damaged. Emergency repair work has already begun, and the residents of the region are in a state of tense anticipation. Additionally, it has been confirmed that the Russians used kamikaze drones against the Maliuhailivka community in the Synelnykove district. They struck targets in this part of the region, causing damage to important infrastructure. There are also reports of drone attacks in the Zelendolivska community on the Kryvyi Rih direction. Hits were recorded on infrastructure objects, leading to damage and creating additional difficulties for local residents and businesses. Overall, the situation in Dnipropetrovsk remains tense, with local authorities taking all possible measures to stabilize the situation and assist those affected. Military experts emphasize that further shelling by Russia could lead to even greater destruction and human losses. Therefore, residents are urged to be especially cautious, remain calm, and follow official information. At the same time, local authorities call for unity and mutual support during this difficult time, as safety and saving lives remain the highest priorities in the fight against the enemy.
