In Ukraine, significant precipitation is forecasted towards the end of the week, which could substantially impact daily life and agricultural work

Residents should be prepared for short-term showers. According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, in the coming days, almost all regions of the country are expected to experience brief rains, except for the western and southern oblasts, where no precipitation is expected during June 12-13. According to the official forecast, from June 12 to June 13, the western regions of Ukraine will enjoy dry and sunny weather, conducive to outdoor events and harvest activities. Meanwhile, the southern regions will remain under stable weather conditions without rain, providing a good opportunity for seaside recreation. Regarding temperature conditions, daytime temperatures in the southern oblasts are expected to be comfortable, ranging from 21 to 26 degrees Celsius, with nighttime temperatures between 11 and 18 degrees. This creates a favorable climate for tourists and residents of the south. In other parts of the country, nighttime temperatures will fluctuate between 10 and 15 degrees, with daytime temperatures between 17 and 23 degrees. On the last day of the week, June 14, nighttime temperatures will drop to 7-13 degrees, while daytime temperatures will rise to 13-18 degrees. Wind in the coming days is forecasted to be northwest at speeds of 7-12 m/s. However, on June 14, in some northeastern regions, gusts of wind up to 15-20 m/s are possible, which could potentially cause damage in rural areas and complicate transport movement. The older capital of Ukraine, Kyiv, will also face short-term rain showers from June 12 to 14, occurring during both day and night. Meteorologists predict moderate temperatures: cool nights of 10-14 degrees Celsius and daytime temperatures reaching up to +20 degrees. Winds will mainly blow from the northwest at 7-12 m/s, possibly leading to temporary changes in weather conditions. Overall, the weather currently offers Ukrainians a mixed experience: on one hand, occasional rains and cooler temperatures; on the other, brief sunshine and comfortable warmth. All residents should monitor daily forecasts to plan their activities and travel accordingly, and to avoid unforeseen situations caused by unexpected rain or strong winds.
