Ukraine continues to experience cool and unstable weather, which will persist in most parts of the country in the coming days
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, published by "Interfax-Ukraine," it is expected that on Wednesday night, short-term precipitation may occur in the northwestern regions of the country, and during the day, local showers with thunderstorms will pass through the western regions, including Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Cherkasy, and Odesa regions. No precipitation is forecasted for the rest of the territory. Meteorologists report that south to southwest winds of 7-12 m/s will dominate, with northwestern winds in the western part of the country. In the Carpathians, gusts of wind of 15-20 m/s may be possible during the day — this should be taken into account by those planning active outdoor activities or mountain hikes in the highlands. The temperature regime remains quite cool: at night, the air cools to 8-13°C, in the southern regions — to 13-18°C. Daytime temperatures will range between 17-22°C in the west, 20-25°C in the northern and central regions, and up to 24-29°C in the south and east of the country. Specifically, in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, on June 11, no precipitation is expected, but brief drops in atmospheric humidity (possible light rain) are possible in the evening. The wind in Kyiv will mostly be from the south at 7-12 m/s, and temperatures will remain quite comfortable: at night around 10-12°C, during the day 21-23°C with warm weather. The next day, Thursday, promises mainly short-lived showers in most parts of the country. At night, rainfall may occur in the eastern regions, and during the day — in the southwestern areas. During this period, the wind will continue from the north-west at speeds of 7-12 m/s. Temperatures will fluctuate between 10-15°C at night and 17-22°C during the day, with slight regional variations: in the southeastern part of the country, temperatures may be higher — nighttime 13-18°C, daytime up to 27°C. Attention residents of Kyiv and other regions: on June 12, short-term showers with similar wind directions and speeds are expected in the capital. At night, temperatures will drop to 12-14°C, and the maximum daytime temperature will reach around 20°C. In summary, these days will be characterized by unstable weather — predominantly cool, with a risk of brief rain and thunderstorms. This should be taken into account when planning outings, especially for those traveling or engaging in outdoor activities. Meteorologists urge caution regarding weather changes and recommend preparing for possible temperature fluctuations and inclement weather that could complicate everyday life.
