Kharkiv mayor Ihor Terekhov also confirmed that the targets of the occupiers were the outskirts of the city. According to him, two strikes were carried out near Kharkiv using KABs, which indicates a deliberate tactic of employing high-precision weapons capable of causing significant damage and undermining the illusion of safety in the city. Currently, investigations are underway in the city to determine the circumstances and extent of damages. Information about possible casualties and injuries is being clarified.
