According to the latest data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian defenders destroyed and wounded over a thousand Russian soldiers in the past day, confirming a high level of activity and effectiveness in the fight against the aggressor. Based on official information from the General Staff, as of today, total enemy combat losses since the start of the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, through June 7, 2025, are estimated to exceed 995,000 personnel. Of this number, only in the past day, 1,120 Russian servicemen were neutralized or wounded. This indicates a significant level of losses within the enemy’s forces and their vulnerability in key front-line directions. In addition to human losses, Russian occupiers have sustained serious material damages. According to the latest reports, Ukrainian military units have destroyed or disabled 15 tanks, raising the total to over 10,900 units. At the same time, 52 armored combat vehicles and 56 artillery systems have been destroyed, reflecting increased artillery engagements and active battles for control over strategic points. The summarized data also includes losses of other military equipment: four newly destroyed multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), one air defense system, one helicopter, as well as more than 300 operational-tactical level drones, which have become invaluable tools for reconnaissance and fire damage against the enemy. The loss of 37 cruise missiles and one type of special equipment highlights the high level of technological confrontation and the destruction of yet another enemy capability. Furthermore, losses of automotive equipment and fuel tankers have increased — 166 new destroyed units in the past day, bringing the total number of destroyed vehicles since the beginning of the war to over 51,000. This demonstrates the systematic destructive impact of Ukrainian forces on the enemy’s logistics and rear resources. It is evident that Ukrainian defenders do not cease their counteroffensive actions and are employing all available means to weaken the enemy. Russian personnel and equipment losses continue to grow, which according to official data, further hinder their offensive potential in other sectors. Despite ongoing reports of destroyed equipment and human resources, analysis and verification of data are still ongoing, as the war remains highly dynamic and complex. Overall, this prolonged conflict demonstrates the high value of Ukrainian resilience and the capacity to effectively resist aggression. The processes of destroying equipment, human losses, and destruction contribute to strengthening the country’s defense capability and have a significant impact on the balance of forces in the ongoing war, which, according to the latest estimates, is not yet over.
