New losses among civilians have been recorded in Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson regions as a result of armed incursions by Russian troops

These sad news serve as a further reminder of the constant dangers hanging over the regions where hostilities continue, and confirm the high price paid for safety and peace in this part of Ukraine. According to data received from local authorities, in Dnipropetrovsk region, a civilian was killed as a result of a Russian missile attack using cluster bombs, or "KA-Bs." The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Serhii Lysak, confirmed this information. In his Telegram channel, he reported a tragic incident from the Mezhivska community, part of Synelnykivskyi district. He stated that the night attack caused significant damage not only to residential areas but also to social infrastructure. The shells destroyed several private houses, about ten buildings were wrecked, and a kindergarten was damaged. In the neighboring Kherson region, the situation remains tense. According to the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, a human tragedy occurred in the city of Bilozerka as a result of a Russian artillery strike. The explosion claimed the life of a 72-year-old woman who was in her home at the time of the attack. Following this incident, two more people were injured of varying severity — a 49-year-old man and a 57-year-old woman. The official reported that the victims sustained head injuries, fractures, and shrapnel wounds to different parts of their bodies. Military medics who arrived at the scene provided immediate assistance. However, both refused hospitalization, trying to cope with their injuries on their own. This series of dramatic events once again emphasizes the brutal reality of war in the Donbas and in southern Ukraine. Regions that just a few years ago were completely peaceful and open for life and work are now forced to confront destruction, human tragedies, and constant danger. Authorities and local communities are calling on residents to follow safety rules, stay alert, and be prepared for possible new alerts. Meanwhile, the international community urges stronger actions to support Ukraine in its fight for freedom and independence, since each new shelling results not only in ruins and losses but also in human lives that can never be restored.
