According to official data from the Ukrainian Air Forces, the enemy carried out approximately 215 individual strikes against strategic and civilian targets across the country, most of which—during active combat—were neutralized by military aviation and air defense systems, with 174 enemy efforts intercepted. According to information received from Ukrainian military sources, these enemy efforts were focused on utilizing a large number of Shahed drones, totaling about 206 units. In addition, Russian occupiers launched several high-precision missiles, including two ballistic missiles—Iskander-M and KN-23—as well as six guided aviation missiles X-59 / 69. The enemy also employed the Iskander-K cruise missile system. Ukrainian military reports indicate that they managed to shoot down or suppress 87 of these Shahed drones, while another 80 drones were destroyed or suppressed using electronic warfare (EW). Additionally, about six missiles of various types—X-59, X-69, and Iskander-K—were intercepted and destroyed. The military notes that the attacks targeted 10 individual locations, where missiles hit, while debris was also discovered and fell in 7 other sites, potentially causing additional damage and posing risks to the local population. Overall, the night skirmishes demonstrated a high level of complexity and threat to Ukrainian aviation and air defenses. Military experts emphasize that Russia continues to actively use combined tactics—massive drone and high-precision missile strikes—to break through Ukrainian defenses and increase psychological pressure on the civilian population. Ukraine once again reminds the world of the scale and seriousness of the ongoing threats and calls on the international community to strengthen support in countering the aggression. At the same time, Ukrainian forces affirm that thanks to modern air defense systems and coordinated work on the home front, they are able to hold the defense and reduce the consequences of enemy attacks. In summary, these nighttime events confirm that Russian occupiers continue to employ all possible means to destabilize the front line and reclaim temporarily occupied territories. However, the Ukrainian military, with an improved defense system, demonstrates resilience and the ability to withstand large-scale attacks.
