Colonel Vitaliy Sarantsev, head of the Communications Department of the Ground Forces command, told the Ukrainian Pravda agency that, unfortunately, it was not possible to save the wounded: "Unfortunately, they could not be saved. They died during medical aid." This underscores once again the level of cruelty and ruthlessness of the enemy's attacks, which do not spare anyone, not even those who are trying to defend the country. Despite the powerful strike and tragic losses, Ukrainian command emphasizes that the efforts of the military and security forces help reduce the number of victims and uphold morale.
