Info" uncovered a secret side of the life of one of Ukraine's wealthiest individuals, Rinat Akhmetov — for years he concealed the existence of a second family, its assets, and connections, which are hidden from the public and even from official documents. The investigation reveals new details about the businessman’s concealed relationships with Alina Lytvynenko, as well as his real estate holdings in prestigious areas of Koncha-Zaspa and Courchevel, France, valued at tens of millions of euros. According to the obtained data, as early as 2007, Alina Lytvynenko — a native of Donetsk — acquired a company called Medko Serviziz Limited under the jurisdiction of the British Virgin Islands, which was linked to a systematized capitalization group controlled by Akhmetov. It is through this legal entity that she gained access to significant assets and property objects in Kyiv and France. Over time, her wealth grew: she became the owner of the company "Kozin-Lux," which previously belonged to Rinat Akhmetov himself, and also owns an additional 12 hectares of land in Kozin, near the bustling and elite Kyiv district. Additionally, Alina developed her business in her native Donetsk, opening a beauty salon in Donetsk, and since 2013, has owned several prestigious cars — Range Rover, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz GL 500, and Porsche Cayenne. These vehicles emphasize her high status and concealed luxury, representing a woman who has long been living in the shadow of major financial and property operations. Of particular interest is the fact that between 2014 and 2017, Lytvynenko's relationships resulted in the birth of two children: Danyyar and Damira. They now own a family business — the French company "ALMARIN PROPERTIES," which owns a chalet in Courchevel near the famous French resort, with an area of 217 square meters and valued at nearly 78 million euros. Danyyar and Damira are currently the owners of this property, further confirming that Akhmetov’s hidden family has significant influence and their own wealth, concealed from proper oversight. Official bodies, including SCM, firmly and unequivocally denied any involvement of the company in Rinat Akhmetov’s personal life in response to journalistic inquiries. The official statement emphasizes that "We do not comment on our executive's personal life. The only thing we can confirm is that his family status remains unchanged." The investigation by "Sledstvo.Info" confirms that an intensive and multi-layered network of property and financial assets, hidden behind several legal entities and offshore structures, allows Ukraine’s wealthiest man to keep secrets even amid the country’s most regular political and economic life, concealing from the public not only his true family situation but also control over a significant portion of personal property and real estate.
