Russian military personnel have once again interfered in the peaceful life of residents in the Zaporizhzhia region, launching strikes on the village of Kopani, which is part of the Vozdvyzhivska community

According to official sources, as a result of a targeted attack with guided aerial bombs, part of the village was reduced to ruins. This terrible incident resulted in the death of a 67-year-old man, a resident of this peaceful area, whose life was cut short by an unjustified act of violence. The head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported on this tragic event shortly afterward, providing details via his official Telegram channel. He stated that Russian occupants used at least three guided aerial bombs (GAB), deliberately hitting the village of Kopani in the Pologivskyi district. As a result of the enemy strike, one residential building was significantly damaged or completely destroyed, and another person—a 67-year-old man—died as a result of the attack. This tragedy vividly demonstrates how dangerous and destructive the conflict in eastern Ukraine is, where peaceful residents have become victims of the ruthless tactics of Russian forces. With each new shelling, not only are homes destroyed, but entire generations' lives are shattered, leaving behind only grief and ruins. Local authorities and the military continue to take all possible measures to protect the population, but ongoing attacks cause even greater despair and fear among citizens. Eyewitnesses report that the impact of guided aerial bombs was very powerful, and the consequences of their strikes are felt across almost the entire community. Local residents remain constantly at risk, as the enemy does not cease its aggressive actions even in peaceful settlements. Authorities are urging residents to stay vigilant, follow safety protocols, and not ignore alarm signals. The death of the man in Kopani is yet another tragic reminder of the value of human life and a call to strengthen defense and diplomatic efforts to end the war. Ukrainians are once again mourning their compatriots, who have fallen victim to external aggression, and are once more calling on the international community to pay attention to the scale of destruction and human losses caused by this conflict.
