Over the past week, Ukrainian defenders have worked diligently to prevent the enemy’s advance on several key directions

At the same time, a significant part of the fighting has been concentrated on the Pokrovsk frontline, where the situation remained tense throughout the day. According to data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 10 p.m. on Sunday, more than 100 combat engagements were recorded across the country that day, nearly half of which occurred on the Pokrovsk sector. This indicates that the enemy intensified their efforts specifically here, attempting to break through the Ukrainian defensive line in this strategically important zone. Throughout the day, Russian occupiers carried out 47 assault and offensive actions on the Pokrovsk front, hoping for a breakthrough. They attempted to advance in the areas of several settlements, including Popiv Yar, Myrolubivka, Malynivka, Lysivka, Udachne, Novoserhiivka, Novomykolaivka, and Andriivka. At all three locations where fighting is ongoing, Ukrainian troops prevented the enemy from moving forward, holding their positions. According to Ukrainian military estimates, on this day, 145 occupiers were neutralized, and another 140 were wounded. Additionally, enemy combat equipment was destroyed: one armored personnel carrier, 13 vehicles, nine motorcycles, as well as about 31 drones, two radio-electronic warfare systems, the Murum visual observation station, and six shelters for personnel. Damage was also inflicted on an enemy mortar, which may significantly hinder their future offensive operations. In the Kursk direction, Ukrainian units successfully repelled 16 enemy attacks. Three battles remain unresolved, but overall, Ukrainian defenders maintain their hold. Meanwhile, the enemy launched five air strikes, dropping 14 Kalibr missiles. Ukrainian forces also recorded over 195 shellings by the occupiers, six of which were carried out using multiple launch rocket systems. On the Lyman front, Russian troops conducted 19 assault operations near the settlements of Hrekivka, Novomykhailivka, Nadiia, Ridkodub, and Yampil. Three clashes are still ongoing there, with Ukrainian defenders holding their positions and fiercely resisting. On the Novopavlivka front, the enemy carried out 14 attacks—Russia attempted to advance in the areas of Novosilka, Zelene Pole, Novopil, Vilne Pole, Bahatyri, Kostiantynopil, and Odryadne. One engagement is still ongoing, with Ukrainian troops repelling the enemy’s pressure and not allowing them to advance even a step. In the Toretske sector, the occupiers conducted 11 assaults near Toretsk and Diliivka. Ukrainian military forces in this sector continue to hold the line. Similar situations are observed on the Kharkiv front—the defenders managed to repel an enemy assault in the Fedorivka area, while two other battles are ongoing near Hlybokyi and Krasnyi Pervyi. The enemy also intensified their activity on the Kupiansk front, conducting seven attacks in the areas of Stepove, Novoselivka, and Nova Kruhliivka. Heavy fighting continues here, and the situation remains unstable. On the Siverskyi direction, Ukrainian troops successfully repelled eight assaults near Bilorivka, Verkhnokamyanske, and close to Hryhoriivka. Additionally, three battles ended with Ukrainian defenders’ victories in the regions of Chasiv Yar and Bila Gora on the Kramatorsk front. One more fight is still ongoing, and the situation remains tense. Finally, on the Orikhiv sector, Ukrainian defenders forced the enemy to retreat from positions near Stepove twice, once again demonstrating their ability to effectively counteract enemy aggression in this part of the front. Overall, during the past day, Ukrainian soldiers demonstrated high skill and courage despite constant pressure and numerical superiority of the enemy. They are holding the line in the hottest spots, preventing enemy breakthroughs and stabilizing the situation across all strategic directions. Battles continue, and Ukrainian defenders are exerting maximum efforts to ensure the country's security and territorial integrity.
