The Ukrainian Ground Forces have published the results of their investigations into incidents involving the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRCs), which have attracted widespread public attention and discussion

Military officials emphasized that, based on a thorough analysis conducted since May this year, over 89% of reports concerning alleged violations, fake news, and widespread manipulations were found to be false or unsubstantiated. According to official information, out of more than 230 recorded cases related to the TRCs, only 11% have been confirmed as genuine. This means that the majority of messages circulated by the media and public activists were either inspired or deliberately fabricated as part of a Russian information campaign aimed at destabilizing the functioning of mobilization authorities in Ukraine. The Ukrainian Ground Forces press service reported that disciplinary measures have been taken concerning 30 confirmed incidents. Specifically, two individuals have been dismissed from their positions for identified violations, four others have been suspended from performing their official duties, and eleven military personnel have been subjected to disciplinary action as part of internal investigations. Seventeen additional investigations are ongoing, focusing on other cases requiring further examination. Another important point is that some incidents may have been the subject of multiple independent investigations, which indicates a complex and multi-layered approach to verification. The military stresses that their goal is to ensure compliance with legislation and administer fair наказання for all violations. At the same time, the command urges citizens and the media to exercise extreme caution when disseminating information about incidents, especially without sufficient confirmation. The press service underscores the importance of verifying sources and facts to avoid becoming accomplices in an enemy information campaign designed to sow doubts about the legitimacy of Ukraine’s mobilization process and to weaken the morale of Ukrainian military and civilian society. Representatives of the Ukrainian military command stated that all violations will be thoroughly and transparently investigated, and each offender will be held accountable in accordance with Ukrainian law. They emphasized that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are open to dialogue and ready to cooperate with the public to develop a complete and objective understanding of the work of mobilization structures. Overall, the official report highlights a high level of attention from the military regarding the detection and prevention of any abuses, while also calling on the public to maintain critical thinking and rely solely on official sources of information. This approach aims to prevent the spread of disinformation and preserve trust in Ukraine’s mobilization processes.
