Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian military units engaged in more than 170 combat clashes. The highest number of assaults was successfully repelled in the Pokrovske sector, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This demonstrates the stable and decisive defense by Ukrainian defenders at the hottest points of the front, despite the increasing pace of attacks by Russian occupiers. Overall, active combat operations were recorded across 10 different front-line directions, as well as in the Kursk region along the Ukraine-Russia border. The most difficult situation remains in the Pokrovske area, where defenders repelled 66 enemy attempts to break through their lines, reducing the enemy’s advance tempo and halting their assault efforts. According to the General Staff's report, Ukrainian forces have proven their ability to resist the enemy’s onslaught in other strategic regions as well. On the Kharkiv direction, Ukrainian defenders successfully stopped nine Russian attacks in the areas of Starytsia and Vovchansk, indicating stabilization of the situation and the absence of large-scale breakthroughs by the enemy. In Kupiansk and its vicinity, four assault attempts were recorded over the past day, but all were repelled, and the enemy failed to advance toward Stepova, Novoselivka, and Nova Kruhliakivka. On the Lyman front, the enemy launched 13 attacks, attempting to get closer to Ukrainian positions in the areas of Lypove, Hrekivka, and Ridkodub. All attempts were successfully repelled, with Ukrainian troops managing to hold their positions even in the most challenging parts of the front. Meanwhile, on the Sievierodonetsk direction, the attackers struck Ukrainian positions seven times, concentrating efforts in the areas of Hryhoriivka and Ivan-Darivka. Courage and cohesion were once again demonstrated in the defense here, preventing breakthrough attempts. At the Kramatorsk front, the situation remains tense with seven combat encounters recorded. Enemy sabotage and assault groups attempted to advance in the directions of Predtechine, Bila Hora, Stupochky, and the areas of Kurdiumivka and Chasiv Yar, but our defenders repelled all attacks and held their positions. On the Toretsk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled six attacks near Druzhba, Nelipivka, and Toretsk. Active fighting continues in the areas of Zora, Popovi Yar, Malynivka, Myrolyubivka, Yelyzavethivka, Lysivka, Khotlynne, Novoserhiivka, Udyjne, Troitske, and Andriivka. This sector remains one of the hottest points on the front, with Ukrainian defenders maintaining a firm and resolute stance. In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian defenses halted 66 enemy assaults across several settlements, including Zoria, Popovi Yar, Malynivka, Myrolyubivka, Yelyzavethivka, Lysivka, Khotlynne, Novoserhiivka, Udyjne, Troitske, and Andriivka. This confirms the high level of organization and bravery among Ukrainian soldiers in this critical sector of the front. On the Novopavlivsk direction, Ukrainian forces managed to stop 24 enemy attack attempts near the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Bahatyr, Zolene Pole, Novopil, Vilne Pole, and Novodarivka. Enemy sabotage groups attempted to break through three times, particularly in the areas of Stepove and Shcherbakivka, but Ukrainian defenders prevented their advance. On the Orikhiv sector, the enemy launched three offensive attempts, all of which were thwarted—fights took place near Stepove and Shcherbakivka, where Ukrainian troops once again gave a worthy rebuff. On the Dnipro sector, however, the enemy carried out one offensive operation but without success, indicating a breakdown in Russian offensive activity in this sector. In the Kursk direction, despite all efforts by Russian forces, Ukrainian troops concluded the day by stopping 26 enemy attacks. At the same time, the Russians used aerial aircraft, carrying out 14 airstrikes with 26 guided bombs, and launched 238 artillery shellings against Ukrainian positions and settlements. This heavy activity confirms the tense situation and increased aggression from the enemy. On the Huliaipole sector, the enemy did not carry out active offensive actions, maintaining a lull in that region. Similarly, no signs of large-scale enemy offensive groupings were observed in the Volyn and Polissia sectors, indicating that Russia has not achieved its strategic objectives in these areas. Despite difficult conditions, Ukrainian military forces continue actively to counteract the enemy’s advantage by inflicting heavy losses in personnel and equipment. The Ukrainian Armed Forces exert systematic pressure behind enemy lines, destroying their combat effectiveness and undermining their offensive potential, thereby maintaining steadfast resistance to protect the country’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
