According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, over 119 combat engagements occurred across the entire front line since the beginning of the day, confirming the continued high activity of Russian occupation forces. Notably, the situation is particularly tense in the Pivdenny (Pokrovsk) sector, where 39 enemy attacks were recorded, indicating deliberate efforts by the Russians to establish a foothold in this sector of the front. According to the General Staff's report as of 22:00, the enemy conducted one missile strike and 58 aviation strikes during this period, firing one missile and utilizing 113 drone-type guided unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Additionally, Russia employed a large fleet of kamikaze drones—1113 units—to attack Ukrainian military targets and settlements, and carried out over 4200 shellings on Ukrainian positions, infrastructure, and civilian areas. In the Kharkiv sector, Ukrainian forces succeeded in repelling four enemy attempts to advance near Starytsia and Vovchansk. Two more attacks are currently ongoing, indicating active resistance in this part of the front. In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy attempted to break through Ukrainian positions around Nova Kruhlyakivka — three assaults were launched, two of which Ukrainian troops successfully repelled. One more encounter is ongoing, preventing the occupiers from achieving their objectives. On the Lyman front, Russian troops attacked Ukrainian positions seven times over the day near Lypove, Hrekivka, and Ridkodub. Three of these battles are still ongoing, adding further tension for the defenders. In the Siversk sector, Ukrainian units repelled four enemy attempts to breach defenses around Hryhorivka. In the Kramatorsk sector, the situation remains tense with five combat engagements recorded. The Russians are attempting to advance in the directions of Predtechyne, Bila Hora, Stupochki, and near Kurdiumivka, but Ukrainian defenders are maintaining their positions and preventing enemy progress. On the Toretsk sector, the enemy launched four attacks aimed at breaking through Ukrainian lines of defense, primarily focusing efforts near Druzhba and Toretsk. The attempts to break through are ongoing, and Ukrainian forces are holding their ground to prevent further advances. The most active sector continues to be the Pokrovsk direction, where Russian troops made 39 attacks in a single day. They attempted to advance toward Zori, Popiv Yar, Malynivka, Myrolubivka, Elizavetivka, Lysivka, Kotlynne, Novoserhiivka, Udaine, Troitske, and Andriivka. Despite ongoing efforts, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold the line under difficult conditions. On the Novopavlivka front, the enemy launched 21 attacks near the settlements of Kostyantynopilka, Bagatyry, Zelene Poly, Novopole, Vilne Poly, and Novodarivka, focusing efforts to push in this sector. Two Russian troops attempted to break through Ukrainian defenses near Stepove, but their efforts were unsuccessful. Another escalation was noted on the Orekhiv sector, where the enemy attacked Ukrainian positions twice in the area of Stepove. Fierce battles continue as the Russians attempt to establish a foothold, but Ukrainian defenders are fiercely resisting. Regarding the Dnipro direction, Russian forces launched one offensive attack but without significant success; Ukrainian forces successfully repelled this attempt. On the Kursk front, the situation remained stable: Ukrainian units repelled 11 Russian attacks in a day, while ten more clashes are still ongoing. Overall, the situation remains tense, but Ukrainian forces demonstrate a high level of resilience and the ability to counter large-scale attacks. The intensity of shelling and the number of attacks—especially in the Pokrovsk region—highlight a focused, around-the-clock battle for every meter of Ukrainian soil, as well as the protection of civilians and strategic infrastructure. Ukraine continues to defend its territory and prepare for potential further actions by the enemy, maintaining a high level of tension on the front.
