In the city of Kherson, enemy shelling has once again occurred, resulting in tragic consequences for local residents
According to official sources, one civilian was killed as a result of a deliberate missile strike carried out by Russian forces on May 29. The head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported that the enemy struck the Dniprovskyi district of the city, and as a result, a young man aged 27 was injured. He stated that the injuries sustained were so severe and incompatible with life that rescuing the victim was no longer possible. "Russian military forces have taken the life of yet another peaceful resident of Kherson. This reminds us once again of the brutality and unscrupulousness of the aggression, which does not choose its targets and disregards any human values," Prokudin noted in his comment. Shelling of the Kherson region remains one of the hottest spots on the conflict map, and each new attack brings human suffering, destruction of infrastructure, and psychological burdens for local residents. Authorities urge residents to exercise caution and adhere to safety protocols during alarms, as well as to intensify efforts to assist those affected and find ways to de-escalate the situation.
