Over the past day, Ukrainian defenders repelled more than 170 combat engagements across different sections of the front and in the Kurskyi Plateau area. This information is published in the daily summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reflecting the complex situation and the efforts of Ukrainian soldiers to hold back the enemy. According to official data, the most intense fighting occurred on the Pokrovsk direction, where our defenses succeeded in repelling 65 enemy attacks. This indicates a persistent attempt by the Russians to break through Ukrainian defenses in this sector, where the enemy is making the greatest efforts to advance. The situation is no less tense on the Lyman and Novopavlivka directions, where the occupiers carried out a total of 40 attacks yesterday. Ukrainian units on these fronts managed to thwart five assault attempts in the areas of Vovchansk, Dvoryichna, Zharzivka, Petropavlivka, and Nova Kruhliivka. In Kharkiv region, Ukrainian defenders hold their positions, repelling five enemy attacks in the areas of Vovchansk and Dvoryichna, demonstrating that Russian forces are exerting significant effort to control these strategically important territories. A similar situation is observed on the Kupiansk direction, where five attacks were repelled yesterday in the areas of Zgirske, Petropavlivka, and Nova Kruhliivka, halting Russian assault actions. On the Lyman line, the enemy launched 16 assaults, attempting to penetrate Ukrainian defenses near the settlements of Hreikovka, Novomykhailivka, Ridkodub, Yampolivka, Torske, and toward Hryhorivka. Ukrainian forces are holding the line in response and preventing further advances. The situation remains tense on the Siversk, Kramatorsk, and Toretsk directions, but Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled several enemy attacks in the areas of Bilohorivka, Verkhnokamianske, Chasiv Yar, Orekhovo-Vasylivka, Stupochky, Bilya Hora, and Predtecheno. In the Toretsk and Pokrovsk directions, the invaders conducted large-scale assaults, but Ukrainian units demonstrated resilience and capability to repel these attacks. The enemy carried out 12 assaults near Ozerianivka, Toretsk, and Shcherbynevske, while on the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled 65 assaults near the settlements of Zorya, Oleksandropil, Malynivka, Yelizavetivka, Myrolyubivka, Lysivka, Udaine, Novomykolaivka, Kotliarivka, Troitske, and Andriivka. An additional 24 attacks were recorded on the Novopavlivka direction, where the occupiers attempted to break through the defense near the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Bahatyri, Odradne, Zelenoye Pole, Novosilka, Novopil, and Vilne Pole. At the same time, on the Orikhiv direction, the enemy launched four assault actions near Maly Shcherbakiv, Stepove, and toward Novoadriivka, all of which were successfully stopped by Ukrainian military personnel. Regarding the Southern Front, the situation remains stable: the enemy launched one unsuccessful counterattack in the Prydiпrovsk direction but was halted and did not achieve success on this sector. Ukrainian efforts in this region focus on containing and disrupting enemy logistics chains, significantly complicating their operations. Meanwhile, on the Kursk direction, the situation remains relatively stable, although the enemy continues to actively use aviation and artillery. Over the past day, Russian forces carried out 16 air strikes, dropping 29 guided aerial bombs, and conducted 228 artillery shellings using various systems, including multiple launch rocket systems. Ukrainian defenses successfully repelled 23 enemy assault attempts, demonstrating a high level of resilience on this front. As for other directions, such as Gulaypir, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions over the past day, which could indicate a temporary passive period or strategic reassessment. Similarly, no signs of formation of enemy offensive groups have been observed in the Volyn and Polissya regions, offering hope for a stable situation and the possibility for Ukrainian forces to maintain defense and conduct counteroffensives if necessary. Experts emphasize that Ukrainian troops continue actively inflicting losses on the enemy both in personnel and equipment, significantly undermining its offensive potential and helping stabilize the situation in our rear. Ukrainian defenders are focused not only on active defense but also on disrupting enemy logistics chains, which could substantially hinder their offensive plans in the long term. Overall, the front remains tense but under Ukrainian control, with forces demonstrating a high level of combat readiness and the ability to actively repel enemy aggression. Despite difficulties and significant challenges, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold the line and ensure the country's security during this difficult time of war.
