This was reported by the battalion of the Ground Forces on their official Facebook page, emphasizing that the number of such videos has significantly increased recently. According to military officials, these instances of obstruction are not just isolated incidents but part of a systemic trend that threatens the stability and effectiveness of these key structures. Representatives of the leadership reminded that any intentional actions aimed at hindering the performance of duties by personnel of the TCCC and SSC are considered serious offenses and are punishable under Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. These articles prescribe quite strict penalties: imprisonment for terms ranging from five to eight years, along with property confiscation. "We emphasize: the TCCC and SSC play a critically important role in ensuring our country's defense capabilities, especially during martial law and mass mobilization. They help organize and carry out mobilization measures, ensure the staffing of military units, and provide social support to soldiers and their families. Halting their activities or obstructing this work means undermining the ability of the Ukrainian military to effectively defend our independence," say the Ground Forces. The leadership stresses that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are currently undergoing a systematic "reset" and reform process of the TCCC and SSC, aimed at making their functions as transparent and open to the public and the military as possible. They assure that every effort is being made to advance these processes quickly and smoothly. However, at the same time, the military emphasize that sabotage and obstruction of these structures’ work have very serious consequences. "It is especially important to understand that such actions directly impact Ukraine’s ability to defend its borders and security in today’s conditions. Obstructing the work of the TCCC and SSC can be used as a tool for internal sabotage, undermining national defense. During a state of war, any sabotage or attempts at destructive actions not only violate the law but also threaten the lives and safety of thousands of people, as well as strategic military planning," the military’s press service states. The military have called on the public and all responsible parties to strictly follow lawful instructions and assist in preventing such violations. The actions of each individual influence not only the safety of individual servicemen but also the integrity of the country’s overall defense strategy during these challenging times. Simultaneously, the defense ministry is working to strengthen the legal framework and ensure that anyone sabotaging or obstructing military structures faces fair punishment in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
