Three Ukrainians were seriously injured as a result of another Russian attack in Dnipropetrovsk region

The tense situation in the region once again confirms the scale and systematic nature of Russia's military campaign in eastern Ukraine. On May 26, the armed forces of the aggressor country carried out several powerful strikes on theSynelnykove, Kryvyi Rih, and Nikopol districts, causing significant destruction and human casualties. According to Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, the situation remains tense. In his official comment, he reported that in the Mezhivska community, part of the Synelnykove district, the occupiers used a kamikaze drone. As a result of this attack, three civilians sustained injuries of varying severity. Additionally, a large-scale fire broke out during the shelling, destroying two vehicles and damaging one more. There were also damages at an enterprise in the village, related to the destruction of farm buildings and infrastructural objects. A similarly alarming situation occurred in the Zelendolsk community, on the Kryvyi Rih direction. Russian forces launched an attack on the solar panels of private farms — thankfully, without human casualties, but with serious material damage. Flames and debris damaged equipment, destroyed several energy-dependent facilities, and complicated the energy supply situation in the region. The Nikopol direction saw several more large-scale shellings with artillery and drones. According to local military and residents, Russian targets included district centers — the city of Nikopol, as well as neighboring communities such as Marhanets and Pokrovsk. As a result of the attacks, residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged, several private cars were destroyed, and a nine-story residential building was obliterated. These brutal destructions once again demonstrate the cynical nature of Russian tactics — targeted strikes on civilian objects that leave hundreds of residents without heat, light, and protection. The night of May 25 to 26 also saw Ukrainian defenders recording a series of missile and artillery attacks by Russian troops across the entire Dnipropetrovsk region. Fires spread, buildings were destroyed, vehicles and other infrastructure were damaged. Civilians were injured in these attacks: there are casualties, residential neighborhoods were destroyed, and entire vehicles were wrecked. The situation remains tense and unpredictable. Ukrainian military forces continue to fight for the safety of the population and the restoration of peaceful conditions, while local communities painfully endure the burden of destruction and loss. Russian aggression remains increasingly cynical, sparing no civilians and inflicting serious damage to the human and material potential of the region. Ukraine emphasizes the need for international support and increased protection of its territories, as each day of enemy shelling is a new tragedy and a new challenge for the Ukrainian people.
