According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, more than 180 combat engagements have been recorded across various sectors, including in ten key frontline areas and on the Kursk bridgehead. The Pokrovske direction remains a particularly intense hotspot. In this sector, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled 63 attacks by Russian invaders — fierce fighting took place near towns and villages as they defended their land against Russian efforts to advance. At the same time, the Kursk region once again became the center of attacks, with the enemy attempting to break through Ukrainian defenses in 26 separate efforts. The enemy also showed notable activity trying to penetrate our lines near Kharkiv, launching six shellings of Ukrainian positions near Vovchansk, Stroivka, and Krasne Pershe. On the Kupiansk sector, the situation stayed tense: yesterday, Ukrainian forces repelled two Russian attacks in the areas of Kruhliakivka and Nova Kruhliakivka, stopping enemy assaults and consolidating their positions. Meanwhile, on the Lyman direction, the enemy made 21 attempts to break through our defenses near Ridkodub, Zelenina Dolyna, Nove Myr, as well as close to Hrehiivka, Lypove, Torske, and in the Serebrianka forest area. Ukrainian defenders actively hold their positions in this sector as well, inflicting significant losses on the enemy. Substantial activity was also observed on the Siverskyi direction, where Ukrainian forces managed to halt six offensive attempts by Russian troops near Hryhorivka, Bilohorivka, and Verkhnokamianske. These enemy efforts were successfully neutralized, demonstrating the high combat readiness of Ukrainian defenders. On the Kramatorsk sector, at least ten combat engagements took place yesterday in the areas of Preobrazhennia, Biloira, near Chasiv Yar, and Kurdyumivka. These battles aimed at advancing Russian troops toward strategic objectives, but our defenders managed to hold the line. No less tense is the situation on the Toretsk sector, where the enemy launched ten attacks near Toretsk, Romanovka, Diliivka, and in the direction of Novospaske. Local defenders are holding their positions, preventing the occupiers from pushing further at critical points. Particular attention is drawn to the Pokrovske direction, where Ukrainian troops managed to stop 63 enemy assaults in the areas of settlements such as Kotliarivka, Malynivka, Lysivka, Udachne, Zvirove, Troitske, Elisavetivka, Andriivka, Nova Poltavka, Horikhove, and also in the directions of Novomykolaivka, Shcheneva Persha, Zorya, Muravka, Oleksiivka, and Myrolyubivka. The enemy's fire activity has significantly increased, confirming efforts to destabilize this strategically important sector of the front. On the Novopavlivka sector, the enemy conducted 24 attacks in areas including Nopil, Kostenianpil, Novosilka, Vile Pole, and on routes toward Myrne, Shcheneva, Komar, Zelenyi Pole, and Baghatyri. Ukrainian defenders are maintaining a firm hold in these areas, preventing the enemy from advancing closer to critical infrastructure and populated regions. On the Huliaipole sector, no combat clashes were reported yesterday, indicating some calm on this part of the front. At the same time, the situation in the Orikhiv area fluctuates within ongoing attempts by the Russians to breach Ukrainian positions — here, the enemy made five attempts to advance near Novodanylivka and Stepove, but Ukrainian troops are carefully holding their defenses. Another episode of activity was observed on the Prydniprovsk sector, where the enemy launched three unsuccessful attempts to break through at Kozachi Lageri. According to military reports, all these enemy attempts were thwarted. In the Volyn and Polissia sectors, no signs of the formation of Russian offensive groups have been observed, offering hope for stabilization in these regions and the possibility for further strengthening of Ukrainian positions. Overall, Ukrainian forces once again demonstrated their ability to actively contain the enemy and inflict significant losses. Over the past day, the enemy carried out 14 airstrikes, including dropping 25 guided aerial bombs. They also conducted 225 shellings using various weapon systems, including 13 attacks with multiple launch rocket systems. Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled 26 assault attempts and continue to actively destroy enemy forces in the rear, undermining their offensive potential and reducing their capacity for further advances. In general, the situation at the front remains tense and highly active on the side of the Russian military, but Ukrainian troops continue to hold the line, respond to enemy actions, and prevent Moscow from realizing its aggressive plans.
