In the night of May 26, occupying forces from Russian territory carried out another missile or artillery attack on a settlement in Zaporizhzhia region. Local authorities, including the head of Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, confirmed this act of aggression through a press conference and official messages. According to the information provided by Ivan Fedorov, the attack occurred in the village of Yurkivka, located in Zaporizhzhia district. The occupiers apparently used heavy weaponry and strategically targeted the area, causing damage to local residents. A private residential house was destroyed, with missiles or artillery shells fired by Russians causing the damage — evidence of the destruction and eyewitness testimonies confirm the extent of the damage. Fedorov stated that the attack took place around midnight, indicating increased tensions in the region.
