Heroic fighters from the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine have destroyed an important logistical target of the occupiers by striking a military train carrying fuel that was crossing the occupied Zaporizhzhia region
This occurred on May 24, when operators of attack drones from the GUR units promptly tracked and eliminated the Russian invaders' railway line. According to sources within the agency, the targeted operation took place on the section of the railway between Verkhniy Tokmak — Molochansk — Fedorivka, where the enemy was actively facilitating logistical support for their forces in the occupied territories of southwestern Zaporizhzhia. According to intelligence reports, Ukrainian drones delivered precise hits directly while the Russian military column was moving, destroying at least three fuel tanks — a strategically vital resource for the occupiers. The destruction of such reserves caused significant disruptions in the enemy’s supply and logistics on the occupied territories, particularly in the Zaporizhzhia direction and in occupied Crimea. Reconnaissance personnel emphasize that this successful operation has complicated the occupiers’ ability to quickly replenish fuel supplies, which are critically necessary for maintaining their combat capacity.
