As a result of the updates, there may be a temporary interruption in the service, especially regarding login to personal accounts and performing payments via the mobile app. An official statement from the financial institution states: "On the night of May 18, we will conduct scheduled maintenance works on Privat24. From 00:30 to 04:00, the app will be unavailable: login and payments will be temporarily inaccessible."
