According to recent reports, new shellings occurred on Tuesday in Kherson, during which employees of the local authorities—specifically the City Military-Civil Administration—were injured. Official sources state that while performing their duties, including loading humanitarian aid and setting up shelters and resilience points, three MVA employees came under persistent fire from Russian terrorists. As a result, one of them was wounded, and the service vehicle used by the workers was damaged and broken. The vehicle's driver was injured, but his current condition remains unknown. Official information from the Kherson City Administration and the Office of the Prosecutor General confirms that due to active Russian military operations—particularly ongoing shelling by the occupiers—medical personnel are currently unable to evacuate the wounded quickly to provide necessary aid. Authorities assure that once the security situation permits, all those affected will receive the required medical assistance. The local government emphasizes the importance of adhering to safety protocols and urges residents to remain calm, as the situation remains tense. In addition to the tragic news from Kherson, Russian occupiers committed yet another crime against civilians in Beryslav. According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, around 07:30 in the morning, a drone strike was recorded in the city, resulting in the death of a 50-year-old man. The damage and destruction were significant, and those nearby suffered injuries incompatible with life. Another civilian was injured due to the detonation of explosives and was hospitalized. Witnesses describe this incident as another heinous attack by Russian forces on defenseless residents, during which an innocent man lost his life. Official authorities call on residents of the city and region to be cautious and follow all safety recommendations in these difficult wartime conditions, as Russian occupiers continue to grossly violate international law, deliberately destroying residential areas and leaving behind only ruins and suffering. These tragic events attest to the scale of the humanitarian crisis ongoing in southern Ukraine. Residents of Kherson and Beryslav face unprecedented challenges daily; their lives are at risk, and the security situation remains critical. The local government urges the international community to strengthen support and facilitate the swift cessation of occupation aggression in order to stop the destruction and save thousands of lives.
