In light of ongoing battles and active testing on the front line, Ukrainian military forces are holding the defense and not allowing the enemy any chance to advance further

Over the past day, numerous battles occurred across different directions, with more than 150 clashes in total, including over 70 directly on the Pokrovske direction, which remains the hottest spot in the current escalation of the conflict. This is confirmed by the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in their latest report. According to military sources, Ukrainian defenders repelled a total of nine Russian attacks, three of which took place in the Kharkiv sector near Vovchansk. The enemy attempted to break through Ukrainian defenses there but our soldiers maintained their positions. On the Kupiansk direction, where Russians launched two waves of attacks yesterday, Ukrainian units managed to push back the enemy in the areas of Nova Kruhliakovka and Zahryzove by employing effective defensive and counteroffensive actions. On the Lyman sector, the situation remains tense — the enemy made 25 attempt to break through and tried to advance near the settlements of Kopanky, Hrekiivka, Nove, Rydkodub, Kolodazy, and in the direction of Hryhorivka. However, our forces held their positions, the report emphasizes. It is important to note that on the Siverske direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled eight Russian attacks yesterday, which attempted to penetrate the areas of Bilohorivka and Verkhnyokamianske but were pushed back during active combat operations. An intense battle continued on the Kramatorsk sector — there, four clashes were recorded near Novomarkove, Chasiv Yar, and Andriivka, while on the Toretsk direction, six attacks occurred near Ozarynivka, Dilyiivka, and Toretsk. Special attention is given to the Pokrovske sector, where our troops prevented the enemy from advancing in key areas of settlements — Stara Mykolaivka, Vodiane Druhe, Nova Poltavka, Myrolubivka, Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Kotlyn, Novooleksandrivka, Kotliarivka, Troitske, Andriivka, and Bahatyri. There, the enemy’s 70 assault and offensive actions were halted, demonstrating the strength of Ukrainian defenses. On the Novopavlivske direction, Ukrainian units successfully repelled 13 enemy attacks near several key settlements — Kostiantynopil, Novosilka, Vilne Polye, and Novopole. Similarly, on the Orikhiv sector, where the enemy launched numerous assaults near Mala Tokmaczka, Stepy and Maly Shcherbaky, Ukrainian forces held their positions, destroying enemy equipment and personnel. On the Primordian sector, Ukraine demonstrated effective resistance — the enemy made one unsuccessful attempt to advance, significantly falling short of its objectives. Additionally, on the Kursk direction, eight combat engagements took place over the day, during which the enemy conducted four air strikes using several guided bombs, as well as 284 artillery shelling of Ukrainian positions and settlements. Eight of these strikes were carried out with rocket salvo systems, making the situation quite tense. At the same time, no large-scale offensive actions have been registered on the Huliaiipol sector. The enemy has not yet attempted significant advances in the Volyn and Polissia directions — it must also be noted that there are no signs of new enemy offensive formations being organized in these areas either. Overall, Ukrainian forces acted with maximum decisiveness, inflicting significant losses on enemy personnel and equipment, while simultaneously destroying their offensive potential in the rear. This demonstrates a high level of organization and resilience among the defenders of the country, as well as their ability to hold the front under the most difficult conditions. Ukrainian troops continue to destroy enemy equipment and personnel, actively undermining the enemy’s capabilities in future battles and creating additional difficulties for occupying forces in their military plans.
