As a result of shelling in eastern Ukraine on May 10, seven more civilians were injured, including in Donetsk and Kharkiv regions
According to official sources — the Donetsk and Kharkiv military administrations — the situation remains tense, and enemy attacks continue to cause harm to the peaceful residents of the regions. In total, seven civilians were affected on Saturday. In Donetsk region, particularly in the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Pokrovsk, and Myrnohrad, three people were wounded. It is known that the shelling involved various types of weaponry, leading to the destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure damage. Further details indicate that civilians were injured as a result of explosions and artillery strikes aimed at cities and villages. In Kharkiv region, the shelling also had tragic consequences. In the city of Kupiansk, which plays an important role in regional logistics and defense, two adults — a 76-year-old woman and an 82-year-old man — were injured. They sustained injuries due to Russian artillery strikes that damaged buildings and spread panic among local residents. Additionally, in the village of Blahodativka in the Kindrashivska community, two more women — aged 68 and 73 — were injured during enemy shelling. Overall, on this day, the enemy used 13 missile systems of the KAB type across the region, and attempts to use "Lantzet" drones and FPV drones were also recorded, supplementing artillery strikes and making the situation even more dangerous. As a result of loud explosions and missile attacks, residential and communal facilities were damaged and destroyed, significantly complicating the lives of local residents and requiring urgent repairs. The regions remain under heavy fire, and resolving the situation remains one of the main priorities for the Ukrainian authorities. Local services are urgently providing assistance to the injured, while military forces continue active efforts to oppose the enemy and restore peaceful life in the regions. Residents are urged to follow safety rules and to remain especially cautious during the highest risk periods, as the threat from the occupiers remains high and unpredictable.
