He emphasized that his country had just completed negotiations and signed a deal with Ukraine regarding the supply of rare earth metals, which have become a critical resource in the global economy. The American leader noted that the agreement was fully ratified by Ukraine's legislative body — the Verkhovna Rada — indicating its significance and reliability. Trump added that the USA now has "access to a vast amount of high-quality rare earth metals," opening new opportunities for the development of domestic industry and the military sphere. He claimed that this has strategic importance in the context of global economic and military challenges. According to the former American president, in future talks with Zelensky, he will focus not only on economic cooperation but also on further partnership, such as establishing a Ukrainian-American recovery investment fund.
