Soldiers from the "Spartan" operational brigade of the National Guard shared details of repelling a series of fierce enemy assaults, which were even unexpectedly strong and surprising for the occupiers. According to the soldiers, on that day, the Russians did everything possible to break through Ukrainian defensive positions. They employed various tactics and techniques — from conventional infantry assaults to the use of armored vehicles, motorcycles, and SUVs. However, this time, the so-called "floating" attack, where the enemy tried to approach Ukrainian positions by crossing a water body, was exposed and stopped within the limits of their capabilities. A source from the "Spartan" brigade reported that the situation was particularly tense. He explained that the occupiers, suffering significant losses and finding their plans hopeless, decided to resort to extreme measures — crossing the water to strike our positions from the rear. However, our outposts, including high-tech reconnaissance drones, quickly detected this assault attempt. The performance of the drones was notably successful: they not only identified Russian movements but also created a comprehensive picture of their attack. Thanks to these unmanned systems, Ukrainian forces learned about the failure of the Russians' "water operation." Inexperienced enemy divers, accompanied by UAVs, were intercepted and pushed back by Ukrainian defenders, breaking their plans and neutralizing this dangerous tactic. This episode vividly demonstrates not only the high level of combat training of Ukrainian soldiers but also the effectiveness of modern technologies in the fight against the enemy. The military operation became yet another illustration that well-equipped, professionally trained Ukrainian defenders can counter even the boldest and most dangerous maneuvers of the aggressor. Ukrainian military personnel emphasize that each such success not only halts the enemy but also boosts the morale of the Ukrainian resistance, inspiring new actions and strengthening belief in victory. However, the Russians suffered a defeat this time in their attempt to "cross" the Ukrainian defense, but the war continues — and the enemy is not ready to surrender. Therefore, Ukrainian defenders will continue to hold the line and fight for every piece of their native land, utilizing all available resources, knowledge, and technologies to achieve victory.
