This incident was reported by Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, on his official social media accounts. He noted that nothing unexpected happened — such an attack was anticipated for a front-line city that has already become a target for enemy strikes more than once. “At least eight enemy KABs attacked Orikhiv,” he confirmed. According to local authorities, the strikes caused substantial damage to infrastructure and housing. Several houses located near the drone launch sites were damaged or partially destroyed. Fortunately, there are no reports of fatalities among civilians in this area so far. However, two local residents received injuries and were hospitalized for treatment. Fedorov added that rescue services and security forces in Orikhiv are already working to eliminate the consequences of the attack, clearing debris and providing assistance to the affected.
