According to operational information released in the Telegram channel "Crimean Bridge: Operational Information," the situation has become yet another indication that Ukrainian forces and partisan groups continue to take measures to demilitarize and weaken Russian control over the peninsula. According to the report, vehicular traffic on the bridge was halted at that time. Official representatives asked drivers and residents in the area to remain calm and follow the instructions issued to ensure safety and order. The message stated: "Those who are on the bridge and in the inspection zone are asked to stay calm and follow the instructions." This was apparently done to prevent panic and avoid conflicts during this difficult time. Let us recall that recently, Commander of the Ukrainian Navy Oleksiy Neizhpapa stated that the Crimean Bridge remains a target for Ukrainian defense forces. He emphasized that, given the strategic importance of this facility, Ukrainian defenders continue to take measures to destroy or damage it in order to complicate logistical support for the Russian army on the occupied peninsula. At the same time, Neizhpapa underscored the importance of maintaining informational silence regarding specific operations and plans to make it as difficult as possible for the enemy’s counterintelligence efforts and to prevent premature disclosure of Ukrainian actions. This indicates a high level of tension and secrecy within Ukrainian plans aimed at weakening the stability of the Russian regime in the temporarily occupied territories. The closure of the bridge during the night became one of the episodes of increased activity by Ukrainian partisans, sabotage groups, and military units seeking to inflict maximum losses on Russian logistics and to destroy this strategically important infrastructure. Ukrainian actions are part of a broader strategy to weaken Russian influence and create conditions for the de-occupation of the peninsula. Overall, the situation around the Crimean Bridge remains tense. Russian occupiers apply various measures daily to control it and maintain the possibility of repairs and operation, but Ukrainian defenders continue their efforts to damage and disable it to weaken the Russian presence. This is one aspect of the wider struggle for the liberation of Crimea, which persists and is gaining momentum in the current phase of the war.
