In his operational report, he emphasized the importance of staying in safe places, noting: “Air defense is active in Kyiv; stay in safe locations!” This warning was issued at 5:58 AM and served as a signal for residents — enemy shells and drones were actively targeting the city's airspace. According to the information gathered at that time, Kyiv’s air defense forces, equipped with modern means, were suppressing enemy targets. This was an attempt to destroy or repel threats that could endanger residents' lives and infrastructure. Since such attacks aim to make life difficult for Ukrainians, security measures were strengthened, and the protection of strategic facilities was enhanced. At 6:06 AM, the alarm was declared over, indicating that, according to preliminary data, the danger had passed and the situation in the capital had stabilized. Meanwhile, Ukrainian authorities and the military continue to urge residents not to ignore the siren signals and to remain in shelter to avoid unforeseen consequences.
