According to official information published by the head of the regional military administration, Serhii Lysak, on Telegram, the situation remained tense overnight when Russian invaders used drones and artillery in the area. The regional head reported that as a result of night strikes in the Synelnykove district, including the Sloviansk community, at least two civilians were wounded. One of them, a 47-year-old man, sustained moderate injuries and was hospitalized for necessary medical treatment. The other victim, a 31-year-old man, is currently receiving outpatient care, and his condition is considered stable. In addition to human casualties, the attacks caused extensive fires at two enterprises located in the region. Details about the type of enterprises and the extent of the damage are being clarified, but it is known that the fire was quickly localized by local rescuers. The situation in Nikopol district is no less alarming. Attacks using artillery and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were again recorded there. According to Serhii Lysak, the invaders deliberately attempted to strike public facilities in the Pokrovska and Chervonohryhorivska communities. Fortunately, these attacks did not result in human casualties or serious injuries. However, there are likely enough damages and infrastructure disruptions. The command of the regional operational group reported that during the night events, the troops of the Eastern Military Command successfully shot down six drones that disregarded public safety and tried to penetrate the region. This is yet another proof of the coordinated efforts of Ukrainian defenders aimed at minimizing the consequences of enemy attacks and protecting local residents. The situation remains tense. Russian forces continue deliberate shelling of civilian objects, attempting to sow fear and destroy the region’s infrastructure. Local authorities urge residents to be cautious and follow safety rules, while law enforcement and military personnel emphasize the need to intensify opposition and respond quickly to any signs of enemy activity. Ukraine remains firmly committed to defending its land and restoring peace.
