Regional authorities confirmed the death of a local man as a result of a missile-drone attack that took place in the village of Semenivska community. According to Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, the attack occurred on Monday morning. “The Russian Armed Forces used drones against the residential sector in the village of Semenivska community. Unfortunately, as a result, a peaceful resident, a 68-year-old man, was injured. His life was tragically cut short by a strike on his home,” he reported in a statement to local media. It is noted that the attack was targeted and directed specifically at private residences. Emergency services and medical personnel responded quickly to the hits, arriving at the scene promptly. As a result of the response, another local man, aged 38, who was nearby the building at the time of the attack, was rescued. He rushed to help, trying to assist his neighbors and do everything possible to aid the injured. He was evacuated by police and emergency medical teams, and his life is currently not in danger. Such an attack is yet another indication of how dangerous and destructive the current aggression by Russian forces is.
