It is important to note that the destroyed and damaged residential buildings caused by the strike are being promptly addressed; over 2,400 cubic meters of destroyed construction materials and structures have been evacuated from the scene. This helps accelerate infrastructure recovery work and ensures the safety of residents. Representatives of Kyiv authorities emphasize that the nighttime attack was part of massive Russian activities during the night. As a result of the attack, at least 12 people have been reported killed and 87 injured in the Sviatoshynskyi district. Among the victims are both civilians and critical infrastructure personnel. Background to the conflict: On the night of April 24, Kyiv again experienced a massive assault by Russian forces. The enemy used a complex array of rockets, which became the basis for a powerful strike on the city. This was one of the most extensive recent fire attacks, causing significant resonance and once again highlighting the high level of threat to the Ukrainian capital. Kyiv authorities and rescue services are working around the clock to eliminate the consequences of the strike and minimize human and material losses. Currently, efforts are underway to clear the destroyed buildings, restore infrastructure, and provide assistance to those who lost their homes. This tragedy once again underscores the importance of the unity of Ukrainian society in resisting Russian aggression and the need for additional security measures. The city authorities call on residents to remain cautious, follow official reports, and cooperate with relevant services to ensure the swift and effective recovery of the city that has suffered yet another blow.
