The Kremlin believes that positioning Western military contingents in a country currently at the center of a geopolitical conflict could trigger a large-scale global confrontation with devastating consequences for humanity. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov openly warned deputies and the international community on this issue, noting that such actions are "absolutely unacceptable" for Moscow. According to him, introducing foreign troops into Ukraine creates an extraordinary danger to worldwide security stability, raising alarm even among Moscow’s closest allies. Sources report that this position is supported by high-ranking internal officials of the Russian Federation. Specifically, Sergey Shoygu, Secretary of the Russian Security Council, recently expressed in a conversation with TASS journalists that any deployment of peacekeepers in so-called "historic territories of Russia" could lead to an open conflict with NATO, which in turn would increase the risk of a global war. "Commonsense politicians in Europe likely understand that implementing such a scenario could not only escalate the conflict but also lead to the start of World War III," Shoygu stated, adding that active preparatory measures are already underway in the West for a large-scale war against Russia. According to him, Europe is deploying a broad and openly hostile campaign aimed at preparing for military confrontation with Moscow. They are supposedly working on creating conditions for a possible conflict within the next 3-5 years, noting that by 2030, European leaders and military authorities aim to have a high level of readiness for war with Russia. These statements came ahead of new diplomatic and military initiatives. The Hungarian Foreign Ministry reported that the European Union is allegedly considering deploying military advisers to Ukraine to train Ukrainian armed forces. This became another signal that Western countries are intensifying their military support for Kyiv. Earlier, there was information that the United Kingdom is considering deploying its own troops on Ukrainian soil to assist in recovery efforts and train the Ukrainian army. The goal is to quickly form a capable contingent to deter a possible new Russian offensive. Additionally, another initiative has appeared on the horizon — the so-called "Coalition of the Resolute," led by France and the United Kingdom. They have announced plans to organize a mission in Ukraine aimed at ensuring, allegedly, a ceasefire — although this idea remains at the discussion stage and is accompanied by very threatening statements. Overall, the situation around Ukraine is escalating, and regional tensions continue to grow. Kyiv, amid these geopolitical games, remains in the focus of global diplomats and military strategists, who are trying to find ways out of the acute crisis, while Moscow and its allies are urging the world to exercise caution and understand the potential consequences of any hasty actions.
